Daniel created Bar Cichetti, America’s first-ever Venetian Wine Bar (Bacaro), where he was Chef / Wine Director and Managing Partner .. Daniel is one of America’s foremost authorities of Italian Wine and is a Food Historian specializing in Italian-American Cuisine and lifestyle.
